Terms & Conditions

General Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by The Forge Wirksworth, including but not limited to table reservations, event bookings, venue hire, and general dining and drinking services.

Reservations

• All reservations are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to limit reservation times during peak periods
• Tables are held for 15 minutes after the reservation time
• Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance
• No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee

Event Bookings

• Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by The Forge
• 48 hours notice required for cancellations with refund
• Events have limited capacity and are subject to advance booking
• Payment is required at time of booking to secure places
• Age restrictions apply to all events (18+ unless otherwise stated)

Venue Hire

• 50% deposit required to secure booking
• Final payment due 7 days before event
• Cancellations within 7 days are subject to full charge
• Minimum beverage spend applies based on guest count
• Damage to property will be charged to the hirer
• External catering must be pre-approved

Phone-Free Policy

The Forge operates a phone-free environment during designated times and events. We ask all guests to respect this policy to maintain the atmosphere we strive to create.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies when making your booking. While we take every care to accommodate special dietary needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Age Policy

The Forge is an adult-oriented venue. All guests must be 18 or over unless specifically stated otherwise for particular events.

Dress Code

We operate a smart casual dress code. We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests who do not meet our standards.

Cancellations by The Forge

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a reservation or event, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or alternative date.

Liability

The Forge accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property. Guests attend events and use our facilities at their own risk.

Data Protection

We collect and store personal information in accordance with GDPR regulations. Your data is used solely for booking management and communication purposes. We do not share your information with third parties without consent.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted are valid at the time of booking only.
